Rules

Since this site is intended to be a service and add value for levels of membership, only items meeting the following criteria will be accepted.

• The total value of items offered for sale must be $30.00 or more. The Seller may offer a quantity of the same items to reach that level, but the total sale needs to be $30.00 or more. For example, a post may be for a glove box special at $6.00 per box. A buyer could buy 5 boxes to reach the required dollar volume.
• Any equipment for sale must be in good condition and advertised as New, Used or for parts only. The condition of the goods are the sole responsibility of the seller. Genesee Health Facilities Association makes no assertion or warrantee in regard to the condition or suitability of the item.
• All sales are final; there will be no returns unless expressly allowed by the seller.
• Items not sold after 10 business days will be removed from the site. These items may be re-listed by the seller after the initial offer has expired.
